1. Using the event directory
Our directory helps people discover events, venues and organizers. Listings may come from organizers, the site team or publicly available event sources. Event times, prices, availability and venue arrangements can change. Check the organizer’s current information before travelling, booking or attending. A listing, claim approval or Featured badge does not guarantee an event’s safety, quality or availability.
2. Organizer accounts and listings
Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in information secure and submit only content you are authorized to manage. Email confirmation is required; the site may also require account approval before publishing. Claims for existing organizers or events are reviewed separately. Keep your listings current, including cancellations, postponements, location changes and ticket links. Do not impersonate another organizer, submit misleading claims, post unlawful content or interfere with the site or other accounts.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in your descriptions, logos, photographs and other uploads. You give friscospotlight.com permission to store, process, resize and display this content as needed to operate your listings, fulfill your orders and provide support. You must have permission to use the content you submit, including people’s images and third-party brands. Do not upload confidential information that is unnecessary for the service. Public listing content may be visible in search engines and shared by visitors.
4. Promotion services and orders
The offer, price, currency, duration, selected event and included benefits shown at checkout define your purchase. Featured listings and banners provide the placement or visibility described in the offer; they do not guarantee clicks, attendance, ticket sales or revenue. Placements depend on availability and the event meeting publication and ownership requirements. An expired, cancelled, unpublished or ineligible event may stop appearing even if its original promotion period has not finished. Promotion periods do not automatically extend because an event becomes unavailable.
5. Monthly plans and cancellation
A monthly plan provides the allowances described in your order for the applicable paid period. Allowances do not roll over unless your offer expressly says otherwise. Cancellation immediately pauses subscription-funded Featured benefits and access to download subscription-funded materials. Verified resubscription restores access to previously generated materials and any unexpired Featured benefit using its original dates; it does not restart those dates or reset an existing period’s allowance. Plan changes take effect as shown in your billing account and do not include automatic proration unless expressly stated.
6. Digital materials and AI-assisted content
The Event Promotion Pack creates countdown images and related AI promotion images for the event and ratio selected in your order. Review every image and piece of text before publishing, especially names, dates, addresses, spelling and factual statements. AI output can contain errors and may resemble other output. Originality, copyright protection and exclusive rights are not guaranteed. The Digital License & Usage Info page explains permitted uses of supplied files. Download availability follows your purchase and subscription status.
7. Payments, problems and refunds
Payments and billing are handled through the checkout and any payment provider presented there. Review the order summary before placing an order. If a purchase is incorrect, a file is unavailable or a service is not delivered as described, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Any refund or cancellation information shown at checkout applies together with your mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, remedy or cancellation right that the law requires.
8. Website design and local marketing
Website design and local marketing are enquiry-based services. Scope, deliverables, fees and timing must be agreed separately before work begins. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a commitment to purchase.
9. External services and responsible use
Ticketing websites, organizer websites, maps, social platforms and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or transactions. You are responsible for how you use downloaded materials and for checking the rules of the channels where you publish them. Do not resell or redistribute the site’s protected templates or asset library, bypass access controls or use the service to distribute harmful or infringing content.
10. Moderation, availability and responsibility
We may correct or remove listings, request evidence of ownership, or restrict misuse to protect the directory and its users. Contact us if you believe a decision is incorrect. We take reasonable care in operating the service, but uninterrupted access and error-free information are not guaranteed. Each party remains responsible for its own actions. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
